Our primary offering
Arrange a private class for employees, designated workplace responders, security teams, manufacturing and production teams, or other staff groups.
Learn to recognize and respond to common first aid emergencies, with course content selected for your group’s needs.
Build hands-on CPR and AED skills through instruction, guided practice, and the assessment required for your selected course.
Start with workplace First Aid/CPR/AED. Tell us if you need adult and pediatric content, a blended-learning format, or a specific employer requirement so we can confirm the appropriate course.
American Red Cross certification is issued upon successful completion of the applicable course requirements. Course duration, prerequisites, certification details, group size, and pricing are confirmed before booking. Tell us about any employer-specific requirements when you inquire.
Ask about training for your team →Additional workplace training
American Red Cross Bloodborne Pathogens Training for employees and designated responders who may encounter blood or other potentially infectious materials at work.
Learn what bloodborne pathogens are and how exposure can occur in the workplace.
Review exposure prevention, personal protective equipment, and safe cleaning and disinfection practices.
Learn to recognize and report an exposure incident and understand the importance of prompt follow-up.
Request American Red Cross Bloodborne Pathogens Training on its own or ask about a course combination with American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED. Successful completion leads to a one-year Bloodborne Pathogens Training certificate. We confirm the delivery format, course requirements, group size, scheduling, and quote before booking. Share any employer-specific training or exposure-control requirements so we can discuss course fit.
Need a preparedness discussion for your workplace? Supplemental CSG discussions can address staff roles, access to supplies, communications, and transition to EMS. These are separate from Red Cross course instruction and certification and do not change the required curriculum or create an additional certification.
Request bloodborne pathogens training →Documented instructor qualifications
Joel’s documented American Red Cross instructor certifications support CSG’s training capabilities.
CSG can arrange and deliver American Red Cross training within its LTP agreement and the instructor’s current authorizations. Your organization works directly with CSG to plan a group class, complete the applicable Red Cross curriculum and skills requirements, and obtain the relevant participant certification upon successful completion.
Alongside workplace First Aid/CPR/AED and Bloodborne Pathogens Training, ask about American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) and Life-Threatening Bleeding and Tourniquet Application training. The instructor qualifications below describe Joel’s credentials; each participant course also requires the applicable CSG provider authorization. Professional-rescuer, Emergency Medical Response, and First Aid for Severe Trauma course requests require confirmation of that provider scope before we offer or book a class. We confirm prerequisites, delivery requirements, and availability for every booking.
Individual instructor certification expiration dates range from June through August 2028. These are instructor qualifications; participant courses, prerequisites, and availability are confirmed for each request. Workplace First Aid/CPR/AED remains our primary group training offer.
Ask about a course or specific training requirement →How to arrange a class
You do not need to choose a public class date to ask about private group training. Start with a request, and we’ll work through the details together.
Request a group quote →Share your workplace location, approximate group size, training needs, and preferred dates.
After your request, choose a 20-minute phone call. Call CSG at the scheduled time to discuss the right course, delivery format, space requirements, and a group quote.
Your class is booked after the scope, price, and date are agreed. Complete any assigned prework, then take part in the required instruction and skills assessment.
